Wellness Coaching
Wellness visits aim to improve employee well-being, decrease stigma, and increase access to mental health services. These visits are not evaluations of mental health, screening mechanisms for identifying problematic staff, or therapy sessions. Instead, they focus on psychoeducational topics such as sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress, mental health symptoms, coping mechanisms, relationships, religious beliefs, and moral injury.
